A true novelty in the world of dog harnesses

The Julius-K9® IDC®Longwalk harness and its flexible system have won a prestigious innovation award following several other international awards. This time, the Hungarian Association for Innovation assessed the application “Biomechanical solution for the protection of joints” as of outstanding significance.

30. Figure of eight

The figure of eight trick is very similar to weaving between your legs, with the difference that only the dog moves in this case. This can be a very good warm-up exercise before playing sports and also requires less space than weaving between legs does.

What to do if the dog wriggles out of the harness

The JULIUS-K9® chest harnesses (Powerharnesses and IDC®Color&Gray® belt harnesses) have been designed for ease of use and for simple application. These types of harnesses are therefore most commonly used during city walks or when working with service dogs. As a result of improper leash use, sizing, or harness adjustment, some dogs can still wriggle out of the harness.

27. Grab!

Fetching is a difficult topic. There are dogs who bring back their toys even as a very small puppy, and there are those who simply show no interest towards this type of fun. Fortunately, with a little bit of perseverance, the latter group can also learn to bring back the items we ask for.

26. Go around

The knowledge of this trick is not only the basis of certain canine sports, but it can also come in handy when our pet has just wrapped us or a friend in a leash. We’re sure you know what we’re talking about… 😃
