I just wanted to send your company a thank you letter for making such a sturdy product. I was driving to visit family 4 hours away with my dogs when we got off the freeway my pups wanted to stick their heads out so I let them, unbeknownst to me the window lock was not activated. Luckily my 80 lb pitbull Piper went to the passengers side window where I was seated. She must have stepped on the window button and before I knew it she had her whole body out the window. I was lucky enough to grab the under belly of her harness and hold on to her until we could pull over safely. I do believe a lesser product could have snapped under her weight. She might not have survived a fall at 35 mph.
