When consumers ask which Julius-K9 harness best supports a dog’s health, we can only give an accurate answer if the dog’s activity level and overall health are known.
For city walks and everyday urban outings, the Powerharness is ideal because it is sturdy, reliable, and comfortable. For dogs sensitive about their breathing or neck, neither the JK9 Speed nor the Longwalk Y-harness is recommended.
Older dogs or those going on casual hikes do not necessarily need a heavily padded JK9 Speed harness, which is mainly designed to support dogs during extreme outdoor activities. Y-harnesses are more difficult to adjust and their design can encourage strong pulling, so the JK9 Speed is best suited for experienced users.
The Longwalk harness, with its well-proven flexible system that protects joints and the neck, is considered one of the masterpieces of the Julius-K9 design team. Their innovative work has been recognized with international awards.
