JULIUS-K9 makes every effort to ensure that You and Your dog can enjoy all the advantages of the IDC and K9 dog harnesses and dog equipment as long as possible, should You nevertheless have any quality complaint, with warranty issues please contact us at our e-mail address. We provide a 1-year warranty on our products.

What to include in the letter?

  • a photo of the defective product showing the given problem (please note that if it is not clear from the photo, You may be required to return the product by mail or in person!)
  • You should indicate in the letter the date and place of purchase
  • please attach a copy of the invoice.

Our team will examine the problem on the basis of the photo, and contact You within 1-4 working days for further discussion.
